Become a Table Host: Help Us Fill the Room with Purpose
Table Hosts are the backbone of our Annual Banquet—and we couldn’t do it without you. When you say “yes” to this role, you’re doing more than setting a table; you’re creating a space where lives are celebrated, hope is restored, and support is multiplied.
This year’s banquet, “A Masterpiece in the Making: Celebrating Every Life’s Purpose,” will be held on October 23, 2025, at Eagles Landing Country Club, and we are honored to welcome Pam Tebow as our keynote speaker. It’s an evening with the power to change hearts—and you have the unique opportunity to bring people into that story. See her story on the 700 Club HERE.
What Does a Table Host Do?
Your main role is to fill a table of 10 guests with people who will resonate with our mission. These could be:
Friends, family members, or colleagues
Business contacts or church members
People new to The Bridge who may be inspired to give
This is a fundraising banquet, and while dinner is complimentary, a financial appeal will be made. We ask table hosts to:
Invite guests personally
Communicate the purpose of the event
Follow up with their guests after the banquet
We Make It Easy
We provide everything you need to be successful, including:
A digital Table Host Packet with invitations, sample emails, and talking points
Quick-use email templates provided through FundEasy
The option to contact us directly if you’d like personal invitations mailed to your guests
A short zoom info meeting on September 11 at 7PM (Meeting LINK)
Clear directions and timeline (arrival time, dress code, etc.)
Optional printed materials upon request
Exclusive VIP Invitation
As a thank-you for your leadership, all Table Hosts will be invited to a special VIP reception just prior to the banquet. This is an opportunity to meet Pam Tebow, connect with our sponsors and board members, and enjoy a moment of encouragement before the evening begins. RSVP to Sonja Hegwood at shegwood@thebridgewellness.org so we can prepare for you!
Why It Matters
When you invite someone to the banquet, you’re introducing them to a life-changing mission. Your table could be the reason a new donor joins the cause or a volunteer steps forward. You’re not just a host—you’re part of a movement that brings help, hope, and healing to women and families in our community.
A Note of Gratitude
We know you’re busy, and your commitment means the world to us. That’s why we show our appreciation with personal touches—like handwritten notes, a thank-you gift, and recognition at the event. Our table hosts are not only vital—they’re valued.
