It is designed to safeguard your privacy whether you are supporting our mission financially or engaging with us through our SMS Services provided via Constant Contact.

Information Collected

We may collect the following information from donors and SMS participants:

• Name
• Mailing address
• Phone number (including mobile numbers)
• Email address
• Financial institution information (if applicable for donations)
• Church affiliation (if applicable)
• Optional demographic information (e.g., birthday, job title)

We may also collect data on interactions with links included in SMS messages.

How We Use Information

• Processing donations: Ensuring timely and accurate handling of contributions.

Donor & Subscriber Protection

To ensure the safety of donor and subscriber information:

• Authorized staff and volunteers with access to financial or donor information undergo background checks and confidentiality training.
• All online donations are processed through third-party payment processors compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
• Physical donor files are securely stored, and digital data is protected with password and access controls.
• SMS data is stored securely by Constant Contact under their Customer Data Notice.

Opt-Out Policies

• Donors: You may opt out of donor communications or fundraising appeals at any time by contacting us directly.
• SMS Subscribers: To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any of our messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. To restart, text START. For support, reply HELP or contact us.

Participation in SMS Services is not required to access our medical or client services.

Eligibility for SMS Services

You must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old to opt into SMS communications.
