1. Organizational Profile
Founded in 1993, The Bridge Wellness South has served Henry County and surrounding communities for more than three decades by providing life-affirming pregnancy confirmation services, medical care, education, and family support.
What began as a local pregnancy care ministry has grown into a holistic, accredited medical and support organization serving women, men, babies, and families with compassion and excellence. In 2025, The Bridge continued to respond to the needs of individuals facing unexpected pregnancies by providing free medical services, decision support, parenting education, material assistance, spiritual encouragement, and practical resources.
The Bridge Wellness South remains committed to removing barriers to care. Because of generous churches, businesses, individuals, foundations, and community partners, all services are provided at no cost to patients and families.
2. Mission and Vision
Mission
To empower individuals facing unexpected pregnancies by providing compassionate, holistic care that addresses medical, emotional, and spiritual needs, fostering abundant life through education, resources, and hope.
Vision
A community where every life is valued, and individuals are equipped with hope, help, and resources when facing unexpected decisions.
3. 2025 Ministry Impact
In 2025, The Bridge Wellness South continued to strengthen its care model around two connected areas of ministry:
Clinical Care stabilizes the moment. Family Support strengthens the journey.
Clinical Care provides pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, STI testing and treatment, nurse consultation, abortion information, and early pregnancy support.
Family Support, through the iNvest Parent Prep Program, provides parenting education, childbirth preparation, Bible studies, boutique resources, mentoring, and ongoing encouragement for moms, dads, and families.
Together, these programs help individuals move from uncertainty to support, from isolation to community, and from fear to hope.

4. Clinical Care Review
Clinical Care remains the front door of The Bridge Wellness South for many patients. Women often come to The Bridge during moments of fear, uncertainty, pressure, or confusion. Through compassionate medical care, they receive accurate information and timely support without the barriers of cost or insurance.
In 2025, the medical program provided:
- 1,599 medical visits
- 1,079 patients served
- 808 pregnancy tests
- 699 ultrasounds
- 77 STI tests
- 117 at-risk patients served
- 50 babies saved
The Bridge’s ultrasound services continue to be a vital part of pregnancy confirmation and decision support. In a community where women may feel rushed, pressured, or alone, The Bridge provides a calm, confidential, and supportive environment where patients can receive information and care.
The outcomes tracked in 2025 also show the importance of follow-up care. The Bridge was able to document 737 patients who carried their pregnancy to term, 4 who chose adoption, and 3 who chose abortion. Nineteen outcomes were unable to be verified. These numbers help the organization evaluate follow-up effectiveness, client engagement, and long-term program impact.
Clinical Care is not only about confirming pregnancy. It is about helping each patient understand her situation, receive accurate medical information, and know that support is available beyond the first appointment.
5. Family Support and iNvest Program Review
The iNvest Parent Prep Program continued to serve families in 2025 by providing education, encouragement, and practical assistance. Through BrightCourse lessons, group classes, one-on-one support, Bible studies, and boutique access, families were equipped with information and resources for pregnancy, parenting, childbirth, relationships, and infant care.
In 2025, iNvest helped families continue beyond the initial pregnancy decision. The program provided ongoing support for moms and dads as they prepared for birth, parenting, and family life.
2025 iNvest Program Impact
- 3,603 lessons assigned
- 1,616 lessons viewed
- 33,423 minutes of education watched
- 1,366 homework assignments completed
- 2,401 boutique items provided
- $14,225 in boutique value provided
- 77 participants attended birthing class
The boutique is more than a supply room. It is a place where families experience encouragement, dignity, and the support of a community that wants them to succeed.
The education program also gives families a clear pathway to build confidence. Lessons and classes help parents prepare for pregnancy, childbirth, infant care, relationships, and healthy family life. Boutique resources reinforce that education by meeting practical needs in a way that preserves dignity and encourages responsibility.
As The Bridge looks ahead, continued attention should be given to education engagement trends, including the relationship between lessons assigned, lessons viewed, homework completed, boutique usage, and class participation. These measures help the organization evaluate whether families are not only enrolling, but actively engaging in the support available to them.
6. Spiritual Impact
The Bridge Wellness South is committed to compassionate care that addresses the whole person: medical, emotional, spiritual, and practical needs. In 2025, staff and volunteers continued to offer spiritual support in a way that is relational, respectful, and consistent with the mission of the organization.
2025 Spiritual Impact
- 115 Gospel presentations
- 31 salvations
- 1,125 spiritual discussions
Every spiritual conversation is an opportunity to offer hope. The Bridge does not simply provide services; it builds relationships that help patients and families know they are seen, valued, and not alone.
Spiritual care remains central to the identity of The Bridge Wellness South. Patients are met with compassion and truth, and prayer is offered when welcomed. Bible studies and spiritual encouragement remain part of the broader support available to families through ongoing care.

Financial Narrative
The Bridge ended 2025 with a net loss of $67,266.24. This reflects a year in which expenses exceeded income, even as the organization continued to provide all services free of charge and maintained substantial ministry activity.
The organization remains in a stable asset position, with $822,208.05 in total assets and no long-term liabilities reported at year-end. However, the operating loss is an important trend for board and leadership attention. Continued monitoring of revenue, fundraising performance, payroll, program costs, donor retention, and reserve levels will be important in 2026.
The 2025 financial results point to the need for continued growth in sustainable giving, especially recurring donor support, church partnerships, business sponsorships, and grant development. The Bridge’s mission remains strong, but long-term sustainability will require careful alignment between program growth, staffing, fundraising capacity, and operating reserves.
9. Quality, Compliance, and Governance
The Bridge Wellness South continued its commitment to quality care, compliance, and responsible nonprofit governance in 2025.
As an AAAHC-accredited organization, The Bridge remains committed to continuous quality improvement, patient safety, policy review, documentation, and compliance with applicable standards. Accreditation is not only a milestone; it is a daily commitment to quality care.
In 2025, governance and compliance work included continued attention to:
- Board oversight
- Financial review
- Policy and procedure review
- Medical compliance
- Quality improvement

- Staff and volunteer training
- Documentation and reporting
- Responsible stewardship of donor funds
The Board of Directors provides oversight of mission, finances, policy, compliance, and long-term direction. The organization’s governance structure supports accountability and ensures that The Bridge remains focused on its mission.
In light of the 2025 financial results, board financial oversight should continue to include regular review of income trends, expense trends, reserve balances, fundraising performance, and program sustainability.

Volunteers remain essential to the mission of The Bridge Wellness South. Their time, compassion, skills, and faithfulness help extend the reach of the ministry.
