At The Bridge Wellness South, we are deeply grateful for every donation we receive in support of our mission to serve pregnant women in Henry County GA. We understand that sometimes errors happen or circumstances change. Below is our official refund policy for donations.
Donation Refund Policy
We will honor all reasonable requests for refunds made within 30 days of the original donation date. If you believe your donation was made in error, duplicated, or unauthorized, please contact us as soon as possible.
To request a refund, please contact our administrative office by:

When requesting a refund, please include:
- Full name and contact information
- Date and amount of the donation
- Method of payment
- Reason for the refund request
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to be completed and reflected in your account.
Event Registrations
If you registered for a fundraising event and need to cancel, refund requests must also be made within 30 days of payment and prior to the event date. Donations made during events are non-refundable unless made in error.
Recurring Donations
Donors may cancel future recurring donations at any time by contacting us directly. If a recurring donation was charged in error, we will refund the most recent transaction if requested within 30 days.
Non-Refundable Donations
Donations made more than 30 days prior to a refund request, or where tax receipts have already been issued and used for filing, may not be eligible for refund except in cases of demonstrated error.
